Catering menu may be purchased by full pans ( feeds 25-30 ppl), half pans ( feeds 15-20ppl) and some items by the dozen. Full pan dimensions-- L=20 3/4, W=12 3/4, D=1 11/16-3 3/8. Half pan dimensions-- L=12 3/4, W=10 3/8, D=1 1/2-4 3/16.
